From Fujian Province comes one of the strongest green teas available. Following tradition, it's rolled into little pellets called "zhucha" so that it keeps on long journeys west. Feel free to add lots of sugar and fresh mint if you desire!
Ingredients
Rolled Chinese green tea
Brewing Instructions
Brew 1 teaspoon of tea per 8 oz water at 195o. Infuse for 2-3 minutes. Decant. Green tea left in water too long will become bitter. For additional infusions, add fresh hot water and slightly increase steeping time.
