Also known as Bai Hao Yin Zhen, only the finest down-covered bud is hand plucked and gently steamed, producing a delicate cup with a hint of sweetness.

Brewing Instructions

Use 2 teaspoons of tea per 8 oz water. Pour water as soon as it steams, 175^o-185^o. Steep 3-5 minutes. Decant. For additional infusions, add fresh hot water and slightly increase steeping time. Several infusions are available.
