From the Uda Pusselawa region in Sri Lanka's central highlands, this tea is produced in dry weather, has a bright cup color, and offers a smooth mouthfeel and lingering aftertaste. Due to its lower oxidation, this tea should be prepared at with care using water at 195 degrees and steeped for 3-5 minutes.

Brew 1 teaspoon of tea per 8 oz water at 195o. Infuse for 3-5 minutes. Decant. Tea left in water will become bitter.
