Ginger Sencha


  • Pan-fired sencha combines with pungent, yet soothing ginger for an unusually pleasing flavor. Works wonderfully with a touch of honey to enhance the sweetness and temper the heat.
  • Sencha green tea, dried ginger
  • Brew 1 rounded teaspoon of tea per 8 oz water at 185o. Infuse for 2-3 minutes. Decant. Green tea left in water too long will become bitter.
