Prior to a blight in 1870, this estate produced coffee. Lucky for us, they now grow this orange pekoe with wiry leaves. With smooth and complex chocolate-citrus flavors, this cup has a copper-red tint and a clean finish.
Dimbula region black tea
Brew 1 rounded teaspoon of tea per 8 oz water at 212o. Infuse for 3-5 minutes. Decant. Tea left in water will become bitter.
