Ceremonial Matcha

This Japanese green tea powder is produced from carefully shaded leaves, hand-plucked, and ground to an extremely fine powder in granite mills. Smooth and naturally sweet in character, matcha's health properties equal that of 8-10 cups of green tea.

Brewing Instructions

In a large tea bowl, pour 6 oz of water at 165^o over 2 grams (1 teaspoon) of matcha and stir quickly with a bamboo whisk until fine small bubbles appear.
