WE’RE HIRING: TEARISTA / CAFÉ SERVER

Do you enjoy making people feel welcome, learning new things, and having a great time at work? TeaLula is looking for a warm, dependable TeaRista/Café Server to join our team in Park Ridge. This is a hands-on hospitality position centered around tea. You’ll spend much of your day preparing tea and specialty beverages, helping customers discover teas they love, conducting tea tastings, and serving guests in our café.

SCHEDULE

• Approximately 9:15 AM–3:30 PM

• Tuesday–Thursday OR Wednesday–Friday

• Rotating Saturdays and/or Sundays

• Consistent daytime schedule

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Prepare hot and iced teas, tea lattes, matcha drinks, and other café beverages

• Learn TeaLula’s extensive tea collection and brewing methods

• Guide customers through tea tastings and help them discover teas that suit their tastes

• Answer questions and make thoughtful tea recommendations

• Serve guests in our café with warm, attentive service

• Prepare and beautifully present food and beverages

• Help maintain a spotless, organized, and inviting café and retail environment

• Assist with afternoon tea service on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays as scheduled

• Work closely with a small team to make every guest feel genuinely cared for

You do not need to arrive as a tea expert. We will teach you. What we cannot teach quite as easily is curiosity, attention to detail, dependability, and a natural desire to take care of people. At TeaLula, we call that “hospitali-tea.”
