Gyokuro


  • Japan's finest green tea. The garden is shaded a month before the leaves are hand-plucked, producing a spring flush tea with an almost fluorescent color and incredible complexity in taste and aroma. 
  • Japanese Green Tea
  • Brew 1 teaspoon of tea per 8 oz water at 185o. Infuse for 2-3 minutes. Decant. Green tea left in water too long will become bitter.
