Paoli Tung Ting

Grown in a blanket of foggy mist, this semi-ball style Taiwanese oolong offers a floral aroma, yet a bit nutty with hints of stone-fruit.  The flavor is honey sweet with a light toasty taste and a smooth and lingering finish.

Ingredients

Taiwan oolong

Brew 1 teaspoon of tea per 8 oz water at 195^o. Infuse for 3 minutes. For additional infusions, add fresh hot water and slightly increase steeping time.
