  • Be present in the moment as you integrate mindfulness into your daily life. Sip this subtly sweet blend of herbs, fruits, berries, and botanicals and allow the calm to wash away the stress of the day.
  • Sultanas, apple pieces, mango cubes, lemongrass, rose hip peel, hibiscus blossoms, orange peel, carrot shreds, stinging nettle leaves, sweet blackberry leaves, tangerine-orange pieces, blue cornflower blossoms, mallow blossoms, marigold blossoms, rose petals, rosebuds, safflower
  • Brew 1 teaspoon of tea per 8 oz water at 212o. Infuse for at least 5 minutes, up to 10 min. Decant.
