A classic from Fuding in Fujian Province, these delicate pearls unfurl into a single leaf and bud. The sweet, perfumed aroma of jasmine flowers is well balanced by a smooth mouthfeel and finish.

Brewing Instructions

Brew 20-22 pearls per 8 oz water at 195o. Infuse 2-3 minutes. Decant. Green tea left in water too long will become bitter.
