Heavy Baked Tie Kuan Yin
A legendary oolong from the Fujian Province of China. When infused, its tightly rolled leaves unfurl producing a fragrant orchid-like aroma and full–bodied, beautifully balanced taste. Several infusions are possible.
Fujian oolong tea
Brew 1 teaspoon of tea per 8 oz water at 195o. Infuse for 3 minutes. For additional infusions, add fresh hot water and slightly increase steeping time.
