This rock oolong tea grows at a relatively low elevation of only 2100 feet above sea level. Wuyi Mountain tea masters still practice traditional manufacturing techniques, a process that requires months to complete.
Fujian rock oolong
Brew 1 tablespoon of tea per 8 oz water at 185o-195o. Infuse for 3-7 minutes. For additional infusions, add fresh hot water and slightly increase steeping time.
