"Yun", meaning cloud, speaks to the cloud-covered mountains of the Yunnan province in China known for rich, pepper-flavored teas. Yields a reddish-orange cup, bold aroma, and a sweet, yet robust and spicy flavor.

Brewing Instructions
Brew 1 teaspoon of tea per 8 oz water at 208o. Infuse 3-5 minutes. Decant. Tea left in water will become bitter. For additional infusions, add fresh hot water and slightly increase steeping time.
