One of the newest Chinese black teas to hit the market, this one hails from the north coast of Fujian Province. A pristine sweetness starts the procession of flavors that moves on with hints of baked apricot. Very smooth and complex, this is one for serious contemplation.

Brewing Instructions
Brew 1.5 teaspoons of tea per 8 oz water at 208o. Infuse 3-5 minutes. Decant. Tea left in water will become bitter.
