The roasted, nutty notes of Tie Kuan Yin are a wonderful pairing for sweet hazelnut oil and vanilla bean. Chunks of whole hazelnuts provide a visual contrast in our homage to the aristocratic "nocciola di Torino".

Brewing Instructions

Brew 1 teaspoon of tea per 8 oz water at 195o. Infuse 3 minutes. For additional infusions, add fresh hot water and slightly increase steeping time.
