  • This traditional Touareg tea of Northern Africa is most often enjoyed hot and with plenty of sugar, but don't let that keep you from trying it neat or iced. The base is a strong Chinese gunpowder green tea, perfectly balanced with cool, refreshing peppermint.
  • Green tea, peppermint
  • Brew 1 teaspoon of tea per 8 oz water at 185o. Infuse for 2-3 minutes. Decant. Green tea left in water too long will become bitter.
