Considered by many to be the premium oolong from Taiwan, this hand-picked tea from the Nantou mountain region is exceptional. The tightly rolled leaves unfurl to reveal a golden amber liquor; slightly toasty, honey-sweet, and fragrant with stone fruits and soft flowers.
Brew 1 teaspoon of tea per 8 oz water at 185o-195o. Infuse for 3-7 minutes. For additional infusions, add fresh hot water and slightly increase steeping time.
