Tung Ting Supreme

Considered by many to be the premium Taiwanese oolong, these tightly rolled, hand-picked leaves from the Nantou mountain region unfurl to reveal a slightly toasty and honey sweet liquor.

Ingredients

Brew 1 teaspoon of tea per 8 oz water at 195^o. Infuse 3 minutes. For additional infusions, add fresh hot water and slightly increase steeping time.
