This lightly oxidized Tie Kuan Yin is one of the most famous Chinese oolongs. Known as the Iron Goddess of Mercy, its smooth, lingering flavor is enlivened by the aromas of sweet, juicy summertime peaches.

Ingredients

Tie Kuan Yin oolong, peach leaves, peach flavoring

Brewing Instructions

Brew 1 teaspoon of tea per 8 oz water at 195o. Infuse 3 minutes. For additional infusions, add fresh hot water and slightly increase steeping time.
