So light some may consider it a green tea, here is one we enjoy for its refinement and restraint. The coconut is warm and toasted, never cloying, and doesn't overpower the delicate pouchong base.

Brewing Instructions
Brew 2 teaspoons of tea per 8 oz water at 195o. Infuse 3 minutes. For additional infusions, add fresh hot water and slightly increase steeping time.
