Jasmine Silver Needles

Also know as Yin Zhen, the beautiful, thick silver needles that compose this white tea are scented with fresh jasmine blossoms numerous times for a cup that is fragrant, sweet, and silky.

Chinese white tea scented with jasmine flowers

Brewing Instructions

Use 2 teaspoons of tea per 8 oz water. Pour water as soon as it steams. (175^o-185^o). Steep 3 minutes. Decant. For additional infusions, add fresh hot water and slightly increase steeping time.
