Hand-picked and expertly crafted from an exclusive cultivar grown only in Qiyunshan, Anhui Province. Liuan Guapian, or "melon seed" yields a deep yellow cup, fresh vegetal aroma, and a finish that is long and sweet.
Brew 2 teaspoons of tea per 8 oz water at 195o. Infuse for 2-3 minutes. Decant. Green tea left in water too long will become bitter. Several infusions are possible.
