Antioxidant-rich pomegranate peels release a sweet-tart flavor when blended with the two leaves and bud of bai mu dan white tea. Beautifully adorned with safflowers and punctuated with pomegranate flavor.
Use 2 teaspoons of tea per 8 oz water. Pour water as soon as it steams. (175o-185o). Steep 3 minutes. Decant. For additional infusions, add fresh hot water and slightly increase steeping time.
