  • Legend has it local monks trained monkeys to pluck the finest leaves from the top of wild tea trees. Today, the name refers to the tea's rarity, complex production, and exceptional qualities, such as its golden amber liquor, mild taste, and delicate aroma.
  • Chinese oolong tea
  • Brew 1 teaspoon of tea per 8 oz water at 185o-195o. Infuse for 3-7 minutes. For additional infusions, add fresh hot water and slightly increase steeping time.
