  • Served daily by tea vendors in Northern India called "chaiwallahs", this green chai is wonderfully spiced with cinnamon chips, almonds, cloves, crushed green cardamom, and cardamom seeds for a penetrating and lingering flavor.

  • Brew 1 teaspoon of tea per 8 oz water at 185o. Infuse for 2-3 minutes. Decant. Green tea left in water too long will become bitter.
