  • Fukamushi refers to the extra-long steaming time given to the leaves, suppressing astringency while giving more body and sweetness. Drinking the tiny leaf particles in our cup translates into more nutrients and fiber for our bodies. Healthful and delicious!

  • Brew 1 teaspoon of tea per 8 oz water at 165o. Infuse 1-2 minutes. Decant. Green tea left in water too long will become bitter.
