Kashmiri Green Chai
Served daily by tea vendors in Northern India called "chaiwallahs", this green chai is wonderfully spiced with cinnamon chips, almonds, cloves, crushed green cardamom, and cardamom seeds for a penetrating and lingering flavor.

Brew 1 teaspoon of tea per 8 oz water at 195o. Infuse for 2-3 minutes. Decant. Green tea left in water too long will become bitter.
