  • Light and beautiful Bai Mu Dan white tea from China's Hunan Province includes the bud plus the next two leaves for a mild yet sweet cup with good viscosity.  
  • Chinese white tea
  • Use 2 teaspoons of tea per 8 oz water. Pour water as soon as it steams 175° -185o. Infuse for 3 minutes. Decant. For additional infusions, add fresh hot water and slightly increase steeping time.
